TU 661... where should I app?

My TU score just jumped to 661 so I'd like to apply for a CC to start rebuilding my credit.  My EX and EQ scores are still awful, so I'd like to avoid wasting an inquiry if anyone knows of somewhere that only pulls TU and would likely approve me with that score.  Any ideas?
EQ: 580 588 575 626
TU: 624 661

DH: EQ: 628 TU: 619

The only credit card provider that I know is an exclusive TU puller is Barclays.  Check this link to see what cards they offer:
