TU only CC

I would lke to know TU only CC pullers.  Also I am signed up with truecredit for my transunion report I was a my score went from 629 last thurs or friday to 659 on Monday and just got an alert my score if 741.  Only thing I did was pay off 1 CC which was my highest limit card 1000.00 from my CU and I got a unsecured installment loan for 4000.00 from CU last month.  How would the new account affect applying for new cards my cleanest report is TU EQ is about the sae but score hasnt updated yet.  I would like to get rid of low limit cards 2 First premier cards totaling 500.00 and replace them with higher limits like at least 5000-10,000 my income is rounf 42,000.

I would not foresee a credit going from you $300 current limits to over 5k on any new account... but with that being said, you might be able to get yourself into some prime cards that will grow in that direction over time.  How about an American Express Zync card or Discover, Citi, Usbank would all be good choices for prime, just not sure any of them actually pull TU as main report, some will pull 2 different reports though.

ok thanks I guess Ill wait for the rest of my reports to update EQ and EX havent updated yet plus Im still working on cleaning my EX report I would like to apply for AMEX but I hear they pull EX for main pull which I havent gotten clean all the way yet though in 2 weeks I will have no inquiries.  I guess I just have to be patient!!  Thanks

I went to whogavemecredit.com and checked out Wells Fargo.  I bank with Wachovia, which was purchased by WF, so I app'd with them since they pull primarily from TU.  I had an Orchard CC that I got last month with a 300 CL.  Imagine my surprise when I was instantly approved for $11,000!  My income is a good bit higher than yours, but good CL's with prime institutions are possible.

Thank you all for info.  I bit the bullet and apped for Barclays Card Choice Privileges approved for 2500.00 !!!  I heard Barclays does CLI recons Do you think I could get one?  What do you say when you call?  Does anyone have the number to call for CLI recon?  I would at least like to have 5000.00 Thanks
