Most GE backed cards, Barclay's. Maybe some CU's that I don't know offhand.
I'm in the same boat as you with everyone wanting my EX report unless I go out of my way to get inquiries somewhere else (like opening up accounts at EQ pulling CU's but I digress); interesting enough though, BOFA actually appears to use TU for all their CLI's even with me and my having lived in S. Cali for 7.5 years, so I'm simply using my relationship with them to hit my TU report which I don't care much about other than for mortage or possibly car loan purposes otherwise.

Starting Score: EQ 561, TU 567, EX 599* (12/30/11, EX lender pull 12/29/11)08-30-2012 10:00 AM
Discover likes TU. As was mentioned GECRB/GEMB and Barclays are TU only generally.

Discover pulls EQ for opening, TU for CLIs.

I think i may apply for the BarclayRewards. 5000 point bonus after first purchase and 2 points for 1$ spent on gas groceries and utilities seems pretty decent. any of you have the Barclay Rewards card?

djrez4, not always true. I was approved for Discover More last week and this showed up on my CK:

As you may know, CK works off of your TU report.
I even asked the underwriter at Discover and he said generally it is TU that they pull.

Discover seems to always pull TU. I live in WA.

For me discover pulled both from EQ & TU.
I understood most CUs prefer EQ and GE is TU friendly.
Amex surprised me with TU pull when I was expecting a EX pull...I pulled data from whogavemecredit.com and did research a bit to find Amex will go for EX but only to be proven wrong with a TU pull. Amex made 3 inquiries (one in each) to deny my app eventually :-(
