If I were in your shoes I would definitly be on the phone talking non-stop with a supervisor at Citizens Bank or whatever bank upholds this card, that is ridiculious 2 pulls especially on the SAME credit report for 1 card. Good Luck

I'd also call and ask them to remove one.
DH's showed up as a Kroger's inquiry. He asked for a CLI on activation, which yielded a 2nd hard pull - that was also a Kroger's inquiry.
