Target APR Reduction Anyone

Got some notices in my Pageonce phone app and one in particular caught my eye. The beginning of it read, "Your APR was changed." When I logged in to the app my full notification was, "Your APR was decreased by 2.34%."

Logged into my Target account and the following note was on my statement, "Annual Percentage Rate (APR) Lowered
Good news -- after a recent review of your account, we've lowered your APR. Your lower APR is in effect now and you can see it on this statement. Thanks for using your REDcard®!"

Anyone else have a lowered APR?  I'm still at a CL of $1000 which I am ok with because Target is my kryptonite ... if they increase i will use it all.
