Target CLI tactic?

Is there any way to get a target store card to go higher. Target is very keen on 'internal account reviews'. Called them twice so far and no joy.

My lowest CL card. I do shop at target very often but I'm stuck at $900

How high can the store card go?

I have a CL of $7500. I've had this card for over 12 years but haven't seen an increase in years. I have never gotten an increase that I have asked for. I have no idea how target operates.
