Target Confounds me

Can't get an increase on my Target card in 7 years, but hubby hasn't used his VISA in 6 months and they decrease him by $900. Too much.

I have heard the only way is apply for a new card which sucks

I don't need a new Target card. I have the debit now. Besides at this point probably wouldn't get approved with all my inquiries.

My boyfriend has actually gotten an increase on his; started at $500, increased to $1000. Several years later...still at $1000...
