Target PC from red card to debit card??

Sorry, i'm a bit obsessed with my target card atm. While reading other threads about the target card, i realized the debit card would actually be a much better deal for me, as I'd be able to maximize on the 5% off vs.the max of $10 i can now save with my tiny $200 cl. Has anyone ever tried to 'product change' from their red card to a debit card? Or is it possible to have both?

You can have both of them... The debit card simply ties to your bank account.

You can have both the red card and debit card.  You just need to provide a blank check and you're approved.  It works the same way as the red card with a 5% discount on all purchases except it takes the funds from your checking account.
