OK, and following the "capital one ceo email" and "credit pull database" precedents, may I suggest searching
"target unregistered redbird for sale" to find such sites.

FYI, I burned them 10+ years ago and I applied last year and got in for $300 and after two months auto CLI to $800. It's possible.

If you Google "Redcard Resales", they are now offering the Target Prepaid REDcard online for folks in states where it isn't available. Looks like a very legitimate website.
Fair enough. But by the time it rolls out in your state, credit card loads will probably have been disallowed.
Just bought one and received my registration instructions, card number, and activation code instantaneously. I was able to register online and my permanent card is on the way. Everything seems to be in order.
