Had my Target guest card since 05'  My scores are not at 704 .

They still suck. Just wanted to throw that out there,

Target is another in the long tradition of "no growth" store cards.

Oh yeah!!! after years of use and paying on time and sometimes in full (i have tried it all) I am not growing with this card at all... I feel I am lost in the system. yet i am not wasting an inquiry on a upgrade. The rep told me 'in todays economy they are not doing a lot of automatic upgrades" but you could apply. That doesn't make sense.

It's a famous problem. Use it once in a while, but don't expect a CLI. It might never happen.
