Target is normally quite nice, if you have TU lower than 680, they still give you a Red card with the lower limit, something like $800.
Also, every billing cycle you spend $1,000, you get 10% off

Just a quick update. I applied today for a target card and they have changed there policy just recently. If you have ever had an account go bad with them no need to apply. They are not approving anyone with an account that has ever charged off or that was included in a BK.
