Does target ever upgrade from the store card to their VISA?

possible but they dont seem to have a set method, one may get the visa after 6 months , 6 years or never

I read somewhere that Target is now only upgrading to visa if u have an excellent credit score. I called them and was told they r not upgrading the store card r giving any CLI's at this time. I think the people with the store card is stuck

They're still giving auto-cli's on the Visa, at least.  About a month ago mine went from 5k to 7k.  (And I do NOT have excellent credit scores.)
