I am not sure but I just had my cap360 debit card get canceled again and I recently used it at target but also used it at an ihope that day.

I would assume so but we personally use their debit card - which is basically a card that just links with your bank account that only works on Target.  We used this before, during, and after their credit card debacle (my wife shops there a lot) and didn't have any issues.  The great part is that you get 5% off and free shipping, just like their credit card, but without an HP and additional TL.

I only use the Target Card there, but I haven't heard of any widespread Target issues since the one big issue.

I used my Target debit card during the breach period and got lucky...so far no problems. I keep using my card and do not think too much about it...I know maybe one day I will tell myself I should have been more careful but.......... until then I am an optimist..lol

My guess is it's going to be the safest and most secure store around. If they have another problem they may as well lock their doors.

I agree Target is probably the safest place to use a credit card now. They cannot afford another issue.

Also if another breach happens you can always reverse the charges on a your CC
