Yeah I was hoarding AA miles for years because international partner premium class redemption was pretty solid. That's not so much the case lately with the mad rush to the bottom (aka devals)

I earned  and burned my aa miles earlier this year but the value has diminished a great deal since then. My one and only time I will probably be able to fly Cathay first with aa miles.
