Update: I recevied a copy of my credit report from Teletrack earlier this week and it says that my Chapter 13 BK was reporting as open. The BK was discharged in April 2008. I disputed this info with Teletrack and they are going to investigate. The CSR told me they could report it for 10 years from the date it was filed and I informed her that all the other CR agencies have removed it from their records as of April 2010.
The only negative info was the BK. Hopefully they will remove it and send an updated report to Amex so I can have the info removed from their system.
Time will tell.
