They always pull TU, but for some cases where they may see risk, they'll pull a second, or even all three. In general, they seem pretty sensitive to inquiries, and more so than other lenders, but I doubt excessive inquiries alone would be reason enough for a declination.
I've never had CLI offer from them, only one where if I write a balance check, they'll increase my CL by the amount of the check. If I recall, they do offer CLs with only SPs?
I got an auto CLI from them after 6 months.
