So after reading Cain's post, I thought to myself call and see if Discover will offer the same. When I called I was at 18.99%. I got 2 offers, for 17.24% going forward or 0% from 06/01/15 thru 07/31/16. I took the 0%. May not use it but good to know it's in place.
