I laugh everytime I see that commercial yet I got my statement in the mail for Orchard Bank today and the min fee was increased from 15 to 25 dollars ...hmm seems weird.

So I called and they said they were charging me 4.91 per month a split of 1/12 of total of 59 dollar annual fee. 

Wait what?

I paid the annual fee in full on April of 2011?

She says she cannot see April's statement on her computer.

*Eyes roll...*

I asked if her name was peggy lmao

She says she see's no annual fee paid yet I'm on the website and printed the statement for April showing I paid it.

She transfers me to a supervisor and then I get disconnected.

I'm feeling that commercial right now **bleep** I hate you Orchard !

Sounds like your statement got on the list of renewals by mistake. It sounds like any renewal that comes up, will be monthly until Cap 1 takes over. I hope I can get a card to replace my Orchard before my $59 annual fee. My Cap 1 platinum has no fee. I could get a rewards card from Cap 1 for $39 annual fee but there CLI are as good as Orchard zero after a year. Sorry had to vent a little. Did you try contacting them through your online account and explain the problem.
