It does not work for anyone, you have to call in to request CLI's on GE cards.

You got a HP from GE for a CLI??? Was it manually reviewed?? Thats not the norm. 
Thats why I strongly suggest freezing your files because there's no gray area. either the CLI will be a SP or not.

No idea! But I called in and requested a $3,000 increase for my Living Spaces account...they gave me all of it...then 2 days later a inquiry appeared on my TU report...
