I didn't see this on the sticky. An easy place to access the Request Credit Line increase area is from the home screen, there is a little arrow by your Available Credit. Takes you right to it.
Also FYI per chat - rep said it was permissable to use household income. I saved a snapsot!
Has anyone tried for the CLI but not used the card in that 61 day peroid? Is it best to use the card and pay in full those two months?
That is what I did. Also, I was waiting for my second payment to be posted on the account (70+ days) before I requested 3X CLI. Requested increase tonight and instantly got approved for 18K, no questions asked. Now, I don't know if they will request additional paperwork.

The 61-day period is the initial interval, so assuming you opened the account and 61 days has lapsed, but you've not charged a single dime, I would think decline. You're making them no money on swipe fees, and haven't shown any use to determine a possible justification for the increase, nor developed any semblance of a spending pattern to run through their internal risk models.
Just my 2 pesos, but if you do it please post your results. The worst would be a decline since the pull is soft; IOW, nothing to lose.
Wahooo at 61 days called in and went from 2k to 6k thru the automated system easy as pie, thanks everyone
