The 13th is my 61x. Is there a certain time of day I have to wait?

No, just remember they are on MST.
Denied 3X CLI after 61 day and now 90 day after that.
Looks like I'll have to wait some more.

Oh and Total $$ value of all transactions since Amex account opening or last Amex CLI: I think I've put like $1300 give or take on the card in two months We love our Costco and grocery stores
I'm back with a question on the 3x cli guide. I was denied last week upon my 6 month anniversary and I get why. What I don't understand, and I'm hoping someone here can help me, is why Amex is allowing me to charge $35,000 on the PRG. I just checked my spending abiity and it said this card is approved to spend $35,000. I realize I can't carry a balance on the PRG, but a default is a default. Strange indeed. Now that I have added additional lines since my denial, I'm probably going to forgo the 90 day request and wait 6 months.
Quick question, the answer to which I couldn't glean from a review of the sticky and a quick persual of this thread: to maximize odds of 3x CLI after 60 days, should I be paying off my balance before or after my statement closing date?

Since Amex can see your payment history, it shouldn't matter.
Update on my own 3x stuff. I posted before that Amex had raised my limit on thier own above the $25k threshold.
I was sitting at $28.8k and wanted more and they sent me the tax form which I did not fill out and send in.
I then hit the 3xCLI again at the mark and they gave me the 7-10 day letter and sent me the form again. I still declined to fill it out and send it in.
They just upped my limit to $33.8k with no form and unexpected. I just got an email that said congrats Amex has decided to up my limit etc. Thought I would share.
