The List of CCs that able to do Product Change/Up-Grade/Combine in the future.

Hi everyone!   Since I learned by myself and on this forum about that some credit cards can't up-grade or change product later, I would like to start this list for everyone ... if this is helpful.

I need your help to make this list of credit cards that able to change the product or up-grade in the future.   Also that credit card can't be change or up-grade.   Please add to the list shown in below.  I hope this will help many others to determine which credit card they want to apply.   Thanks!!

Can:

Chase Flexible MC changed to Chase Freedom MC

Citi Dividend Platinum MC combined to Citi Driver's Edge MC

Amex Blue change to Amex Blue Cash

United frequent flyer card (Chase) switched to Chase Freedom ... by masdeocho

Can't:

Chase Starbucks Duetto Visa

Citi Smith Barney ... by concord

I've converted BOA VISA Platinum emerging CC into BOA AMEX

I've combined BOA Visa platinum with BOA MC

I've combined BOA Visa World Points, MC WorldPoints and Visa Gold into Visa Platinum Plus.

I've been refused to convert Citi CashRewards MC into Citi Amex Platinum

I've been refused to upgrade WalMart store card to WalMart Discver.
