Not at all.  I see CapOne is near the bottom as they rightfully should be.  I can't stand them.  I'm this close to being done with them.

I'm surprised that Bank of America falls so low.  Are they really that bad?

I only have a couple of bank accounts with them.  No credit cards.

Re: The Rankings are in for 2012 - Anyone Surprised?

So am I, but I think AMEX is always the default when it comes to ranking. I mean are they really that good? Don't get me wrong my AMEX is my best friend and it gets lots of use, but I get overseas reps all the time who are sometimes not helpful. Discover, althought I don't use their card much, has been nothing but great in the way of customer service. Also has been Chase from my experience. A lot of people give GE Bank a bad rap, but they've always been very helpful to me and they are very good with CLIs and I like some of the rewards programs.

I really expected Capital One to be lower, maybe two power circles. 3 HPs, low CL, no CLI, terrible customer service, yep I'm surprized.

Re: The Rankings are in for 2012 - Anyone Surprised?

I have Bank of America and I could not have been happier with the service I've recieved. No problems at all. I've been more upset after hanging up with Captial One than BofA on any given day!

Re: The Rankings are in for 2012 - Anyone Surprised?

I would put CITI at the bottom. Surprised BOA is that low. But I do like GE though.

I just noticed Barclay is high up there. I would put Chase above Discover.
