No specific knowledge, but I wonder if the "certain situations" is the AU cards.  My husband, who's an AU received letters from AmEX clarifying his information, but I didn't. When he showed them to me asked questions, I told him I hadn't received those papers and had no idea what it was about.

The new Citi Costco anywhere card will be great! Citi really stepped up the game, and made sure to "show up" the competition. Looks like the cards will be Visa Signature's too!

4% cash back on gas world wide up to $7,000.00

3% cashback on Dining and travel!
