+ 1 I think that they will keep and support both cards after the FU roll out. Like others have said, it is a very popular card. Freedom and Cap One QS are the cards that I see the most in the wild.

I would say most of the credit cards being used that I see are chase freedom, discover (not the IT, just the regular discover), and capital one cards. A lot of people use debit.

After thinking about it, I decided to switch back because I just got a Quicksilver in February to be my general spend card and it seemed redundant to have the Unlimited. I switched it back to a regular Freedom last month and I'm happy I did.
The card is still better than the QS since i see you have the CSP... Honestly I would SD the QS and app for the FU and put all your points to the CSP.
Well better is matter of opinion. I like having a straight cash back card with the QS. I might eventually app for the FU after I've had the QS for at least a year. I don't see the point of SD a card that is less than 6 months old that I took 3 HP to get. Plus I'm currently in the process of building/purchasing a home. I'm not apping for anything in the near future.
It is still Straight CB.... 1 UR = $0.01.....
I have a discover it card and had the chase freedom, both have rotating catagories. I PC'd the chase to the unlimited. It is enough of a hassle to try and use all my cards to keep any of them from canceling because one goes dormant. No way in the world I can remember which catagory these cards have this quarter while standing in the checkout line....to much trouble!!!! I have so dang many cards now I can not even remember the names of them all. While most of them gave me a generous 150-300 dollar bonus and I always PIF, I wonder if it is worth it. If I ever lost my wallet I'd go insane for sure.
OK gonna try to list my cards...Citi DC WEMC, Citi Costco sig visa, Capital One QS sig visa, Chase freedom unlimited visa sig, chase amazon.com rewards visa sig, TD cash rewards visa sig, barclaycard cash forward WMC, Discover It, AMEX blue cash everyday, Michelin tire FCU platinum visa, Vital FCU platinum visa. I hope that is all my cards so now I can read this if I lose my wallet. I only ever apply for premium cards, so I do not have any store cards. I have also never once used any visa sig or WEMC extra benefits....not once.
