Here's the numbers for outside of the United States, which is where the most Centurions are issued anyway:
These numbers are from a press kit for the Centurion magazine ad sales in Asia and Europe, which apparently is distributed only to Centurion members.
Another response indicates anywhere from 30,000 to 100,000 members worldwide. Not really all that "exclusive" any more, but still an object of desire!

Hmmm. I've spent between $250,00-$300,000 on my Business platinum card every year for about 15 years. No invite for me yet.
Not that I'd take it even if offered. I'd rather keep the money I'd have to pay at the door....![]()
