Yes, they told me the minimum was 1 year.

i just chatted with a Discover Rep and was told as long as my other Discover account was open for more than 12 months then I could apply for the IT card and if approved have two cards issued by Discover.


I am just waiting for UTL to be at the coveted less the 1.5% before I apply.
