There's no such thing like BofA Secured 1-2-3 cash reward card?

[ Edited ]
You: I'm not talking about regular cash reward 1-2-3 card, I believe there is secured cash reward 1-2-3 card
CSR: I apologize there is no secured cash reward 1-2-3 card.
You: Alright, Thanks for your help.

yeah.. basically that's what they are saying, what's up with them? did they eliminated secured cash reward card?
:smileysad: mann..
edit:--seems like I did not put this text--
Few weeks ago I got approved with BofA secured card and I requested CSR to convert my secured card to secured cash reward card (I posted question regarding this few weeks ago on myFICO too) They said it will be mailed out within few weeks, then I still haven't received it yet and I contacted BofA today.

No you have to call the back door number and they will add it for you. I don't remember which one though.

I think it takes four-six weeks for the product change from the date you received the secured card.
