Guess it's love or hate. Still, that's a ton of bad reviews.
Welcome to the internet where everyone says "meh", but no one ever gives anything but the lowest or highest ratings. I myself tend to give 2-4; a four being a card which exceeds my expectations, a two being one below what I expect from a card. What would I give a one or five to? Five= a CSR calls and says they are extending my 12 month intro 0% APR six more months for being a great customer. I look on their website to make sure and notice a 3X CLI. A one = I pay my balance a day after the statement closes and it never posts even though they debited my bank account within five minutes. I have to argue for an hour to reverse the late fee and dispute the late on my credit report. So the bar is pretty high (and low) to get a five or one, IMHO.
