According to the application, it offers to both business and personal members. It didn't say it's for business members only. I looked at online management link and it didn't say it's business store card. It shows both business and personal. link: http://www.hrsaccount.com/costco

They have a personal card. There is a Xeroxed sheet at the Service desk you can fill out. It is totally bk-unfriendly. The clerk discouraged me from applying and pushed AMEX- (commission?)......Denied for bk only.....

Guess it could be good for someone on Amex blacklist, but clean credit and no bk. They probably could get an AMEX network card with Barclays or Citi or B of A instead......

You might get denied if you have any charge-off account with HSBC. (store cards/ MC). I think they might pull TU.
