Anyone ever use these? How long do they take to clear? I NEVER use them, but the rates dont seem bad.

i've used them. t's great rate and they are fine.  theyhave a 0% bt right now.

I used a red one last month, no fee, at current purchase rate which is currently 0.00%.  The blue ones are also 0.00% but have a 3% BT fee.  I'll probably end up shredding those.  The checks come in handy and they clear as quick as any other check.  I've been with Capital One since 2004, nothing negative to say about them!

funny ya'll bring this up bc i got mine in the mail today from cap one and i saw the 0% on BT thru May 2009 and was considering doing that i just did it to my discover and its only 2.99%  but heck 0% is even better but may not bc my bal is not that large
