Great customer service. Just opened my account last week, and I was waiting on my NavChek paperwork. I was told to go inside a branch and they could print out the paperwork, and it would be quicker. They said 24-48hrs, and it should be visible on the website. Well, I go in Friday (03-21-14) to sign the paperwork. The rep told me give it 24-48 hrs and it will be available and posted on my account.

Several hours later my account shows the NavChek, and ready to use. 24-48hrs turned into 4-8 hours. Fast work!!!!!
