It can't hurt to call and talk to a CSR! Explain your situation and ask if there is anything they can do. If you are carrying a balance but making more than the minimum payments with no lates, etc. a lot of cards will work with you (it may be on condition of closing your account though). I'd imagine USAA would be the best one to ask, they may even do it if you aren't carrying a balance.
