When lenders give you this message in denials, are they looking only at recent HP inquiries? AAoA? Opened dates of your TLs?

Starting 4/19/13: 558 EQ | Current 3/14/14: 658 EQ / 689 TU | Goal 1/1/15: 720s
Abri CU Visa $2000, Walmart $900, Amazon $600, Kohl's $600, Open Sky Secured $200
