Re: Too many approvals... a bad thing..

USBank perks+ also offers $100 when you spend $500 in 90 days, and does have some rewards. Lowes card, I shop there a lot of they give 5% off, plus GE is generally nice when you use their card a lot with CLI. The Chase was only because I haven't had a CLI from them on my freedom and didn't want to request one as it would be a hard hit anyways, so I looked at prequalifing options and the Slate is what they offered. Awesome balance transfer options for first 60 days.. if I had debt lol. The Citi card was the last one and I figured it might be able to recon as I already have a card with them and again used the prequalifer. It was partially to help my credit lines as a few of my current one's ( Chase / USBank ) are under $1,000. Partially to help add a thicker credit profile. Partially because I felt like I was at the Casino and I was winning lol.

61 cards... yikes lol that's a lot! I don't really ever want to close my accounts as none of them have annual fees, only closed one and it was a Captiol One secured card. I hated Capitol One. Hate Hate Hated, and I never used the damn thing as it was a secured card! LOVE Discover support though, if Discover wasn't already awesome that might of alone been a reason to get them.

Think I'm going to take advantage of the 0% for 12-18 months and pay my car/motorcycle insurance in full Smiley LOL and save a little bit on them.

Other note CK reported 4 INQ on Transunion and CK score dropped 9 points from it.
