Im going through a dilema and need my NFCU to chime in and give suggestions.
14 mos ago I started with a 500 secured nrewards card that just PC'ed to a 3k cash rewards last month.
5/12 I opened up a Visa Plat. card 1K limit and had it raised to 5K last month.
Ive been a member for about a year and a half.
I really would like to app for a LOC (NAVCHECK) and more then likely do an auto loan through them but I wouldnt need more than 15K
My income is 50k and according to my last phone call with UW my DTI is pretty good cause I have no installment loans just CC payments, rent, utilities and everyday cost of living.
Do any of you have CC, auto loan, navcheck the works with them?
I do have DD with them but I only have 50 bucks DD every 2 weeks. I do it for like a small savings.
My EQ fico prob dropped to I would say 650-660 due to the new accounts and 2 inquiries from last month with a 200.00 baddie due to fall off in May but NFCU didnt even question me about it when I was talking to UW last month.

I think there was a member post up the other day about having a plethora of different types of credit/loans with them.
I don't see any issues with it, and I think they would welcome the business from you.

Ill app for the navcheck if you do lol you first! Maybe thats on your CC accounts. I would think that auto loan is different cause there is collateral. You default and they take it where as a CC can be more difficult.
What are your limits on your CC's with them if you dont mind me asking?
If your current CC limits are near your income I can see that making them shaky lol

Part of me wants to app for another product of theirs to see what CL they might give me. I would choke if they matched my 25k CL on my flagship.
