I recently combined 2 CapOne cards also, for a $1000 total CL. So this thread made me want to try - I did the request through their automated system, and the recording said I have a card that is not eligible for customer initiated CLIs, but will be reviewed periodically for auto-CLIs.
Lisa, sorry - I just now saw this post. They did not do a hard OR soft pull when I combined the 2 cards or when I requested the CLI through the automated phone system.
