I've had this cc since 7/07 and at the time had limited CH. but approved for 2,000.. after not having used the card since sept'07, called in cust rep to ask cli.. she only gave me 300 inc.. I thought, another wasted inq. she was a little rude so I asked to be connected to a credit manager, she kept on asking why, if she did something wrong, suddenly her tone got better but told her I still want to be transferred. put me on hold then cut off, I think she was pissed off that I ask for a CM. called in again, this time to CM directly, explained what happened, she advised cust rep only based the inc. on payment history.. very helpful lady, she looked into the acct. got approved for $4000 inc.. I should have asked for more
