Total Rewards email

has anyone else been getting these emails from total rewards visa? I've called them twice. the first rep was unconcerned but said I could get a new card or close and reopen my online acct. The 2nd rep said it's a system glitch that should be fixed soon... About 10 emails later...still gettin 'em

"Thank you for your request for a unique identification code to access your Total Rewards Visa credit card account.

Your unique identification code is:......" the code is only good for 30 minutes.

No, I've downloaded it in the past but didn't really try it. How would the security features help with this type of situation?

I've been using Mint bills and I've been getting them for my Avenue and VIctoria's Secret accounts for about the past week. I was thinking that probably had something to do with it because the emails are coming in around the same time that they update my accounts.
