Transfer Card Suggestion

What are some fairly decent to great cards right now for transfer cards?  I currently have two CC's with Capital One, 1 card with Discover (Never Use), 1 card with Chase (Rarely Use) and one card with Citi.  

Looking to keep UTI down, haven't put much on the cards, but still would like to keep thing's spread out.  

Unsure what is the hot card right now.

I'm currently looking at Chase right now (Slate card) but unsure how well they do their CL's.  

What's everyones experience when you were approved?  Credit worthyness? UTI?  

I have one card with them, never use them at all, since they only gave me 1500 about 2 years ago.  Haven't asked for anything since from them.
