If I get nailed on Util think I may have a good shot on recon? I make 63k a year and owe just over 10k on credit..but.. I own 2 houses outright. My expenses are very low. I had racked my cards up to almost 20k on home repairs for the latest home purchase and in the 6 months since I have killed half of it. I got 10 days message and got appproved.10 days message doesn't mean denial. Just call backdoor number to get the decision. You shoukd be able to match CL to highest reporting on your report from other creditor.

I received the 10 day message and waited 10 days. Approved after they pulled EX on 10th day. You could call backdoor to negate that second HP.
