Does anyone know how long it can possibly take for this CC Company to update...I paid balance from 95% utilization to 5% on 12/24...statement cut right after but did not reflect pay-down...so next statement cut on 1/25---it reflects the pay-down. I'm waiting for my ScoreWatch to let me know of a change and still nothing. Isn't it an automatic update on the first of each month?
