Trying to PC Us Bank Platinum to US Bank Cash+

I've called twice and they won't do it. I have $0 balance on the card and a $8500 limit. They keep saying apply for the new version. I really don't want another US Bank card but really want the rewards. Anyone have any luck with this?

I was able to PC from my USBank Flexperks Selects to the Cash+ Sig. with no questions, although my interest rate increased slightly.
