Is anyone having trouble ordering subscription to
Experian Credit TrackerSM Credit Monitoring
I put in my CC number but it redirects me to some site saying error processing and to re-enter the CC number for a $1 Free Credit Report on the top of the page is
FreeAnnualCreditReport.com and It does not look like a phishing website it is encrypted by ExperianDirect seems legit but I put my info in and still says error....
I just logged in to my CC website and everything is fine no current balance just ran to TU site and bought a sub for the month on it and it just showed up as pending so i Know it is working.......
Any suggestions on to what might be going on ??
I had no problem ordering mine last week. You might want to call them tomorrow.
