Can you tell me when you did the product change?
I did the switcheroo from Delta to Blue on Nov. 10, and I still don't have my Blue yet. I hope they didn't forget about me... 
They changed the account over after the next billing cycle. My cycle ended on the 10th so they sent it pretty quickly there after. Is it showing online yet? Do you have a bill from them yet?
