I'm inquiring for a family member who is wondering if it's possible to hold two Chase Slate's at once. Their Chase Platinum turned to a Chase Slate automatically and has $16,000. Now they were actually wanting to apply for the Chase Slate to get the 0% balance transfer with $0 balance transfer fee deal.
Does anyone know if Chase will allow someone to have two Slate's?

Sorry, not possible.

I think it might be possible but they won't get that offer. Most of those offers are for new customers only
Thanks insidious and afbar. Good to know. Looks like they're stuck paying a 3% balance transfer fee with whatever card they choose at this point, because from what I can tell the Chase Slate is the only card offering 0% balance transfer and $0 balance transfer fee. The Citi Simplicity looks like a pretty good offer for them with 18 months @ 0%.

I know from first hand. Apped for slate for the 0% for 15 months they were offering even though I already have a slate. Auto denied and reason was already have a slate and didn't even pull my credit since it was auto denied.
