Two more Chase Freedom Mailers

I received 2 Chase Freedom invitations today.  I have received as many as 5 total chase mailers in one day.  I get Chase Freedom and Chase Slate invites all the time.  I don't need anymore credit cards, but I'm curious to see how much I will be approved for.  Alas, I'm staying in the garden.

Gas: Discover It, Penfed Platinum Rewards x2, Chase freedom, Citi TYP
Plane tickets: CSP
Groceries: AMEX BCP, Penfed Platinum Rewards,Citi TYP
Clothes: Express, Amex BCP, Discover IT
Amazon: Citi Forward, Cash +
Restaurants: Citi Forward, Chase Freedom, Discover IT, CSP
Hotels and other travel: Discover Escape, CSP
Movies: BofA cash rewards visa signature(fandango), Discover IT, Citi Forward, Freedom
Bars, clubs, tomfoolery: CSP, Citi Forward, Discover IT, Freedom
Balance transfers: Kroger 123 rewards
Bill Pay: US Bank Cash +, Citi Forward,
Everyday spending: Bofa Accelerated cash rewards amex, Discover Escape

I am sure its because they see that you have 2 Discover cards and wants some of there transactions, do you not get any kind of bonus for getting at Chase card on the invites?

What are the APR's listed in the offers? The lowest advertised APR is currently 12.99% for the Freedom, and 11.99% for the Slate.
