I could not find U.S. Bank Cash+ Visa Signature Card on its webpage so did some search to find out,  you can only apply for it is by going to US Bank branch. Is it a sign that they might be having second thoughts on this card. I hope not.

sure seems that way, you have to do in a branch now, I applied on the 26th and while the card site is still there, the apply link is no longer there

Thanks for the info. I have this card I just was looking into there for  FTF on that card. Thinking of buying tickets for international travel and these tickets some time are processed abroad (foregin ailines) hiting you with FTF.
