Oh, I want it! It's one I was actually considering applying for, but next year - and I was hoping for the bottom APR of 6.9%. The problem right now is too many new cards recently, so I wanted the crop to age for a while. But, damn, it's hard to keep my finger off the trigger when an issuer is nice enough to offer me something.

You may want to hold off until they offer you a lower rate then. I have no clue how USAA is about lowering rates.
