Each day I've logged into my account and clicked on chat. Asked the CSR to please lower my APR. And BAM!

Tried twice yesterday and only worked first time. Asked if 14.24 was lowest today and he said yes.

I might try again tomorrow.

Why don't I see a chat option with citi? Is it because I on an iPad? I can see chat links on all other lender sites. Can someone post a screen cap where the link is please?

Wow, I just finished a chat and they lowered my APR to 13.24% on my AA Citi card

The rep told me that they can only lower 2% each time you request APR reduction. 

I will request another APR in three months , this is the first time I ever requested APR reduction.

citi is SOOO good about APR reductions Imma call right now Ive already had my aa plat select lowered from 19.99 to 17.99 to 15.99 to 12.99 and first statement has yet to cut.
